Playdate with Olivia and Madison

The weather was cold so we decided we'd invite some girls over the play.
Hello, Olivia and Madison!! Turner giving "the eye" to the girls as they touched his trains.

Taylor greets with "hey mad".

Olivia reading a book in the big chair.

Taylor giving Madison the "eye" as he reluctantly shares his Rosie engine.

Sharing sure makes you hungry. "Picnic" with juice boxes and pizza.

Dinner with Auntie Dawn and Sabrina

Auntie Sabrina invited us over for a girl's and boy's nite out! She made this yummy meatloaf...mommy's favorite!!!
Turner enjoying Cindarella over some sliced apples and water.

Taylor and Noelle sharing apples on the floor.

Taylor getting cozy, while he insisted taking off his shoes and socks!

Monkey enjoys in the evening fun. Poor Noelle probably didn't know what to do with all these two boys!!

Boys will be boys!

Taylor drinks from the water bottle after mommy forgot milk, juice and sippy/straw cups. Whoops!!

Sweet ole Noelle and her blanket. Taylor has the same one, but in blue, so naturally some fussing occurred on our end.

Turner's latest way to play with trucks, trains and cars! He loves to lay down, rest his head on the floor and play, yet denies he is tired. When asked " are you tired"..... "noooooooo tired mommy-o".

Turner chasing poor Rumey, the dog. This was after Taylor beat him as he tried to snatch Taylor's food out of his hand. Tag team gang up on Rumey by the Slade boys!!

weekend highlights!!

The boy's favorite time of the month!! Our diapers.com shipment arrived. Sadly, we go through 312 diapers per month, give or take their food consumption!!! They like to pretend to be in boats...

When you can't have a trampoline indoors, we made the next best thing!!! Friends, this is the best idea that this mommy has come up with in months. They were entertained all weekend by this moutain of pillows, dog beds, and comforters!!!

Decorating the large diapers.com box....another favorite!!!!

And of course, all would not be grand without Taylor drawing on himself!!! And having lots of moons and stars on the box!

Fun, fun, fun!!

Cheers!!!

Uncle Dave visits!!!

The boy's godfather came up to visit from Savannah. Yeah for Uncle Dave !!! Daddy and Dave went to Valdosta State together. We loved having him and daddy loved the company. Old friends are the best!!! Uncle Dave and Taylor playing on the "trampoline".

Mommy: "Turner, please come get a photo before Uncle Dave leaves."
Turner: (with the hand) " no picture please."
* Well, he used his manners. How do you argue with that?

Riding cowboy Taylor!!!

Uncle Dave and twin love!!!

Double Date with the Berlinsky Twins

Twin mommies needed some mom time, so we gathered our kids and had a double date!!!

Elizabeth getting the snack cups ready while Taylor supervises.

Taylor enjoying the fruit kabobs!!!

Turner and Meddin playing house!

Meddin and Turner making a mess. Glad to see that we are not the only twin household that doesn't worry about toys everywhere. Boo, are you seeing this???

There is sweet Lela in the pink bow. I knew I surely had gotten a photo of you!!!

We are almost back!!!

Dear avid readers,

Thank you for your patience with us. We had misplaced our camera and the cord, thus have been out of the blogging world for a month. I know, a month!!! Those true supporters know that this has been unknown to this mommy since day 1. I have missed it terribly!!! If I can figure how how to download the pictures from my phone, I will post some backdated pictures.

Although, I have no pictures to post, some interesting things that you missed:

1. The almost house fire after one of the boys turned on the back burner on our stove, unknown to us. Until a night terror by Taylor woke mommy. As I walk from our room to the boy's room, I smell a burning smell. No smoke or smoke alarm going off, thankfully! One burned kettle on the stove, one spooked mommy, I went back to bed.

2. Funny sayings: "ah man..." "ah dude"....

3. Sweet sayings: " here you go taylor" ..... " bye bye daddy-o".....

4. Smart sayings: daddy says 1, turner says 2, daddy says 3, taylor says 4.....all the way to 10!

5. Taylor's latest obsession is "moon" and "tars", while Turner continues to know every thomas and friend from his new collection.

Night-night!!!
