Big Boy Bed!

It all started because Turner swore there was a man in his crib. "The man" came one night at 3 am an northing would make Turner believe that he was gone. So, fora week, Turner insisted on sleeping on the floor with Taylor in tow. Taylor: "i sweep with broder on four". So, after breaking down the railings and much persuasion, the crib, turned toddler bed, lay empty for another week. After the boys slept on the floor and the cribs laid empty, I knew it was time. Time for the unknown. I cried. Where were my babies? Where was my freedom going now that they would be "free"?

We originally ha decided on a trundle bunk bed. We had been reading books and they had decided on "their bed". Each time, Taylor wanted to be on top and Turner wanted to be on the bottom. Thankfully before the beds were purchased, they informed me " i sweep with bruder". So, my friends, a queen sized bed for twins, it was!!!

At first, it was a trampoline/diving board.

Then it was a diving board/belly flop board.

Then it was a practice ring for the circus tryouts with a cheerleader named Boo.

Then...they got it!! A bed. A place to sleep. A place to read quietly. A place to hug your brother. A place of rest.
